NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

David is a solicitor with 20 years of financial services experience in corporate finance. David sits on our investment committee and is a proactive and forward-thinking member of our senior management team.

David joined the team as a Non-Executive Director in 2022. He is a member of the Montgomery family and carries a wealth of experience in the world of law and corporate finance. His clarity of mind and pragmatic approach lends itself perfectly to the role of supporting the company’s board with strategic decisions.

David qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and spent 10 years as a corporate lawyer advising companies on general corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals and employment issues. He moved into corporate finance in 2005 after attaining an MBA from, what is now, Bayes Business School in 1998.

David lives in West London with his wife and adult children and indulges his passion for rugby whenever he gets the chance.
