As an investor in our Montgomery Portfolio Service (MPS) you can access important information about the investments held in your portfolio and download quarterly Factsheets and Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) below.
You can view statements, reports and valuations for your portfolio in two ways:
Personal Finance Portal - login and select View Portfolio.
Transact - login and select Housekeeping then Pickup Page.

MPS Factsheets
Published on a quarterly basis, our MPS Factsheets tell you everything you need to know about the Montgomery Portfolio Service you are invested in. Individual holdings, past performance, benchmarks for context and easy-to-understand market commentary from our Head of Investment Research are all included.
Our three Montgomery portfolios align with risk ratings as defined by EValue (EV), an independent agency: Cautious 3/7, Moderate 4/7, Growth 5/7
Scale: 1 out of 7 is ‘very cautious’ . 7 out of 7 is ‘very adventurous’.

Latest performance (Nov-25)
Our Moderate MPS (4/7 risk profile) has returned +12.6% from January-November 2025 net of fees.
Q3-25 Summary from the Montgomery Investment Committee: “Portfolios have delivered strong returns in 2025 year-to-date. Since we launched the Montgomery Portfolio Service in October 2024, our Cautious, Moderate and Growth portfolios have returned +11.5%, +12.7% and +13.6% respectively. In the first three quarters of this year our Moderate MPS has returned +10.0% from January-September 2025.”

Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs)
With thousands of unit trusts and investment trusts available to investors - often referred to simply as ‘funds’ - the task of understanding each investment and drawing comparisons is made much easier with KIIDs or Key Investor Information Documents. These are typically arranged in a common format over two pages, allowing an investor to make an informed investment decision.
MPS clients benefit from our discretionary management service in the same way as our Bespoke Service clients*, which means investment decisions are delegated to our Investment Committee on your behalf.
If you want to dig deeper and learn more about the underlying funds within your account, having access to KIIDs is an important part of being an investor no matter what your level of experience.

How to download KIIDS
KIIDs for each investment can be downloaded directly from the Transact administration platform. Follow these steps:
Login to www.transact-online.co.uk
Select Reports > Portfolio ValuationSelect the Morningstar icon ‘M’ next to a fund
Select Filings on the menu
Select the PDF icon to view the KIID
