Changes to your account

This page is a useful resource for clients who have received a letter from us about changes to the way we manage your investment account and the ongoing services we provide.

We would be grateful if you can spend a few minutes completing the steps below. Once your checklist is ticked off we can reduce the annual management fees on your account.

Step 1 - Register

Please register for our new client portal

Once you have chosen a password and logged in, you will see your assets like your house and investments and any liabilities like a mortgage. Please check the details we have pre-populated for you and update any changes you spot.

You can access this portal at any time and explore the many features like valuations and statements, performance charts and asset schedules.

Step 2 - Risk Profile

Please complete a new risk questionnaire

When investing on your behalf, it’s vital that we align your account with your attitude to risk and every few years it’s good practice to refresh your risk profile. You can complete the questionnaire on the portal under the Finances section:

Profile > Your Finances > Risk Profile

Step 3 - Discretionary Agreement

Please sign our Discretionary Management Agreement

We can reduce your fees and align your account with our new Montgomery Portfolio Service as soon as you have signed our latest Discretionary Agreement. We will send this to your inbox so please check your Junk mailbox if you haven’t received it yet.

Our Model Portfolio Service or MPS is a new investment-only service available to clients and their family members.

Managed on your behalf by our in-house investment committee, our MPS allows you to invest in a broad range investments in a cost-effective way.
